Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks a Technical Operations Project Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives for National Security customers. The role is based in the National Capital Region and is 100% onsite, requiring close collaboration with government and contractor teams.

You will define scope and milestones, manage schedules, risks and resources, prepare leadership briefings, and ensure compliant documentation. A TS/SCI with Polygraph, 12+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and up to 35% CONUS

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Bachelor's Degree (experience may count in lieu of degree).
• Travel up to 35% CONUS travel.
• Experience managing technical or mission-focused government or national security projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, and deliverables across concurrent efforts.
