Qualifications

Experience leading a professional service, project delivery, or operations team in a project-based environment.
Proven ability to oversee large teams, provide guidance, manage performance, and foster growth.
Profit & Loss accountability, including ownership of budgets, forecasting, revenue, cost control, and margins.
Understanding of utilization, productivity, labor efficiency, margins, and overall BU performance.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the fiscal year operating plan, including workforce planning, fixed assets, and training investments.
Accountable for overall department financial performance, revenue, gross margin, and net income targets.
Review contracts with Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and customers to confirm scope, feasibility, schedules, and margins.
Assign project managers and delivery leaders and coordinate resources to meet quality, service, and profitability goals.
Partner with Sales to promote engineering services, implementation, and managed offerings for growth.
Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations, coaching, and addressing performance issues as needed.
Ensure training for technical services staff aligns with development plans and performance goals.
