Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising a technical operations team supporting fiber installations.
• Experience mentoring and managing teams with a focus on development.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the Technical Operations team.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of the team.
• Monitor staff schedule availability and adjust as needed.
