Job Juncture seeks a Technical Sales Representative for a fast-growing metals company. You will be a technical advisor, translating complex steel processes into customer-centered solutions and driving growth with multi-unit collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing orders, pricing, planning, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high service standards. Travel locally, nationally, and internationally (25–30%) as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering; metallurgy/materials science preferred.
• 3–5 years in steel/metals sales or marketing is a plus.
• Solid technical foundation and ability to translate complex processes into customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to customers.
• Drive business across multiple units with the Director of Sales.
• Manage orders, scheduling, and product disposition from inquiry to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes.
