Job summary

Merlin Entertainments Group in Texas Grapevine is seeking a Technical Manager to lead maintenance for the Gateway North America division. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance of the rides, cinema, equipment, and machinery to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient day-to-day operations while delivering the magic guests expect.

With a team of technicians, you will schedule coverage during all opening times, enforce safety policies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical college preferred.
• Minimum three years managerial experience in a technical/themed environment.
• Experience with animation, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical/electronics, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot facility equipment and machinery including HVAC, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing systems, rides and attractions.
• Ensure coverage for all opening times and maintain guest experience through reliable operations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a technicians team; manage safety, quality, and budgets.
