Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking an experienced ride maintenance technician to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment across our attractions. You will follow maintenance programs, inspect rides for safety and perform emergency repairs as required to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong reading of blueprints, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics, plus a focus on safety and reliability in a fast-paced theme park environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience installing, maintaining and servicing electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with ride systems and related electromechanical components preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and service ride equipment and related electromechanical systems.
• Follow established maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Read blueprints and diagnose components to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergency repairs and coordinate with supervision as needed.
