Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking a Care Technical Manager (CaTM) to lead telecom network engineering, cloud infrastructure, and cross-functional teams in Plano, TX. The role requires deep core network knowledge and strong cloud/platform experience to support 24/7 operations.

Ideal candidate will excel in technical communication, escalation management, and project coordination, with a customer-facing mindset and strong English skills. On-site in Plano with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of core network technologies for mobile telecoms (LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G).
• Experience with Telco/Public Cloud (CNF/VNF) and IP connectivity.
• Hands-on with OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, CBIS, OCP, NRHO; working with Company platform is mandatory.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Network Expertise: Deep understanding of core network technologies for mobile telecommunications, including LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF and VNF), and IP connectivity.
• Protocol Knowledge: Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing/switching, network security, network management, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, MAP, Diameter Policy Control and Charging.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Telco, distributed, and edge cloud environments.
• Cloud Configuration and Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, including CBIS, Company, OCP, and NRHO. Working experience with the Company platform is mandatory.
• Networking: Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Servers and Storage: Experience with Airframe, HPE, Dell, and EMC.
• Monitoring Solutions: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos.
• DevOps and Automation: Knowledge of DevOps tools, cybersecurity, Ansible, and GitOps for NCD.
• Cloud MoO Processes: Familiarity with cloud Methods of Operation and ticketing systems such as Salesforce.

• Technical Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts through documentation, presentations, and meetings.
• Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, including 24/7 emergency on-call support.
