Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting seeks a technically adept Management Consultant to support the CTO for a key government client. This role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA, requiring an active SECRET clearance and the ability to coordinate across senior leaders.

You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize business processes with RPA, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and DoD-aligned goals. The position demands a strong PM background, expert data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical project management or management consulting, preferably in federal or military environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau to create executive-ready dashboards.
• Working knowledge of business process automation (RPA) tools and methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present complex technical concepts to senior leadership and external partners.
• Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills; able to explain software implications.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor to the CTO by drafting strategic policy documents, technical briefs, and executive communications.
• Coordinate high-level strategic engagements and track critical deliverables from external partners.
• Lead business process optimization projects with the RPA team to streamline enterprise workflows.
• Define and align project roles, responsibilities, and milestones across stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, budget estimates, and status reports.
• Create management plans, stakeholder communications, and SOPs for technical duties.
