Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical project management or management consulting, preferably federal/military.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for executive dashboards.
• Knowledge of business process automation (RPA) tools and methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for senior leadership and partners.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Advise CTO by researching and drafting strategic policy documents, briefs, and communications.
• Coordinate high-level strategic engagements and track key deliverables from partners.
• Lead business process optimization projects with the RPA team to streamline workflows.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and milestones across diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, and status reports for projects and programs.
• Develop management plans, stakeholder communications, and SOPs for technical duties.
