Qualifications

• Certification required or able to certify within 90 days.
• TATS certification and other certs will be required based on departmental needs.
• Willing to adjust shift and perform multiple jobs to process parts.

Responsibilities

• Staffing projections and handling first line technical performance issues with respectful communication.
• Provide fact-based input for performance reviews and measurements; train employees on new skills.
• Coordinate resources to move team between projects to meet daily throughput and support outside departments.
• Ensure quality requirements flow down through QCM and related documents; correct deficiencies and notify parties.
• Participate in root cause analysis for variant conditions; provide feedback for tool and process improvements.
• Interface with customers, engineering, and other departments during process walks and presentations.
• May be assigned to multiple work centers; maintain safe work habits and housekeeping.
