Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of C#, Node or similar backend tech.
• Proven experience as Software Technical Lead or lead role.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and applying them to designs.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
