Job summary

E470 Public Highway Authority is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to bridge solution architecture and engineering execution. You will maintain our stable .NET and SQL Server stack while guiding our architectural transition toward a cloud-native, microservices-based ecosystem.

You will architect scalable blueprints, lead design/code reviews, and drive modernization with Docker/Kubernetes, event-driven patterns, and CI/CD pipelines, while mentoring teams and ensuring delivery in sprints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or solution architecture roles.
• Core Tech Stack: C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server / T-SQL.
• Modern Stack: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Event Buses (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Frontend (Angular/React/Vue), Cloud/DevOps (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Legacy migration experience and architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF).

Responsibilities

• Architect & design scalable solutions, APIs, data flows and integrations.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams; conduct design/code reviews.
• Drive modernization toward microservices, containers, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD.
• Provide hands-on oversight to resolve bottlenecks and enforce clean code during sprints.
