Job summary

Northwest is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise software applications. You will own solution architecture, ensure quality, and mentor multiple engineering teams.

You will partner with business, architecture, security, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure technology aligned with enterprise objectives, while driving best practices and DevSecOps across projects.

Qualifications

• Education and extensive software development experience with Microsoft stack.
• Experience 8–12+ years in architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise software.
• Strong programming and system design skills with C#, Java, and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Drive architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Develop APIs, data models, and scalable services.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of solutions.
• Coordinate with product, security, and operations for large initiatives.
