Concentra is seeking an IT department Technical Lead to spearhead software development initiatives, foster innovation, and ensure the success of our technical projects. Qualifications
- 8+ years software development experience.
- Proven experience in .NET or Java development, SQL, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g.: Git).
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team, work on exciting projects, and grow in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, setting high standards for software design, coding, testing, build, deployment, and operations.
- Define, design, and deliver technical improvements and capabilities based on technical debt identification, strategic architectural direction, and business needs.
- Write high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, bug‑free software.
