Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise‑scale software applications.
• Strong software development experience with expertise in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership on software development initiatives.
• Experience mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for software development initiatives, helping teams deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Lead by example as a hands‑on contributor through solution design, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem‑solving.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Guide technical decision‑making and drive alignment on architecture, design patterns, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and coach developers, helping strengthen technical capabilities and promote professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing engineering culture focused on innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer outcomes.
• Drive engineering excellence through source control best practices, code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and quality‑focused development practices.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer activities across teams to ensure critical business and technical knowledge is captured and shared.
