Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to manage a growing team of engineers. You will inspire the team to achieve performance metrics, build robust products, and contribute to strategy and project management.

You will oversee architecture decisions, major implementations, delivery timelines, and scalable releases while mentoring and coaching engineers to maintain high code quality and solid collaboration across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with 1+ years of management experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
• Experience scaling services to 200k+ MAUs.
• Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Architecture: design architecture that is cost-efficient and aligned with vision.
• Implementation: develop major/complex parts of the product.
• Ownership: own delivery timeline and coordinate complete development.
• Releases: own product releases and scale infrastructure accordingly.
• Leadership: set goals, provide feedback, and coach engineering team.
• Quality: maintain high code quality through design/code reviews.
