Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including Data Cloud and Agentforce. The role focuses on architecture, integration, and UI-layer work using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in IT with Salesforce expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with Salesforce development and Data Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce & Prompt.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud; Agentforce familiarity a plus.
• Ability to review, understand, develop and explain code.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Customize, Enhance and Integrate Salesforce.com application.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, Salesforce.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Working Knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies - Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Apex API's, Lightening components, LWC.
• Knowledge and Implementation of Salesforce design patterns with good Object Oriented Programming skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience with HTML5 and various JavaScript libraries ( Node JS).
• Experience with Rest and SOAP APIs.
• Wire framing and Prototyping of the UI design.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Build technology solutions, aligning both business and technical considerations.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Experience using Agile Development methodology.
