Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking an experienced Subsystem Technical Lead for Propulsion Systems Cooling. You will own cooling system delivery from concept to production, coordinating cross‑functional teams across Design Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Global Suppliers to meet performance, quality, cost, weight, and timing targets.

You will drive packaging, thermal design execution, and DFMEA/DVP&R validation, while leading onsite launch activities and rapid issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience leading subsystems in propulsion or thermal cooling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own cooling system delivery from concept through production launch.
• Lead packaging and thermal design execution with cost/weight trade-offs.
• Coordinate DFMEA/DVP&R validation and change management.
• Direct onsite plant activities during launch phases and issue triage.
• Manage supplier interfaces to resolve design, quality, and manufacturing issues.
