Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for Power Distribution in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee engineering projects, ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence, and lead client engagement from proposal through delivery.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, managing scopes and fees, and guiding staff through design and construction phases. A PE license is preferred and collaboration with several internal teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electrical distribution design with leadership experience.
• Experience managing a design team and project managers.
• Ability to develop client proposals, scopes, schedules, and fees.
• Strong knowledge of utility design standards and ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing and potential clients.
• Plan, coordinate and direct large engineering projects.
• Supervise technical teams to produce design deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on project work.
• Coordinate with internal departments and sub-consultants.
