Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering and PE licensure preferred.
• Experience leading project managers and designers.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Plan, develop, coordinate and direct large projects or engineering programs.
• Supervise technical teams to produce designs, calculations, plans and specifications.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Mentor or train staff and ensure ISO standards compliance.
