Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years in electrical distribution. Travel to client sites and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical distribution design.
• Experience leading project managers and design teams.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and grow business.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare proposals and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and project scope, schedule, and fees.
• Plan, direct, and supervise large electrical distribution projects.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants.
