Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is looking for a Technical Lead Engineer (PMPC Infrastructure Software) to guide PMP software infrastructure, tooling and build strategy on a 100% onsite basis. You will coordinate with PMP and Mission Systems teams, drive compliance with standards, and help teams navigate security levels while shipping critical software.

The role requires deep experience in software architecture, leadership of teams, and a track record in building and maintaining complex

Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (past 24 months considered active).
• Ability to obtain access to SAP.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of experience programming with Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience leading software teams and/or projects.
• Experience with the full life cycle process of software systems and development.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Mission Systems software architecture roadmap and vision with engineering leadership.
• Develops and owns PMP software infrastructure, tooling and build strategy.
• Ensure software teams are supported and able to develop, document, and execute testing.
• Ensure compliance and policy enforcement for processes and standards.
• Plan, execute, and document software R&D projects.
• Coordinate across Mission Systems, Flight Sim Labs, suppliers and more.
• Train and mentor others.
• Work under minimal direction.
