Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (must be currently active or active in past 24 months)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years programming in Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python
• 5+ years in hardware/software integration, emulation, or testing
• 3+ years leading software teams or projects
• 3+ years of SDLC experience (requirements, design, code, test)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMP software test plan and vision with leadership teams
• Own PMP software verification plans, procedures, and environments; document results
• Determine testing strategy including models, emulation, simulation, dev kits, and hardware
• Ensure software teams perform appropriate software-level testing and documentation
• Coordinate across Mission Systems teams, Flight Sim Labs, SEIT, and other groups
• Train and mentor others; operate with minimal direction
