Job summary
GE Vernova's Nuclear Risk-Informed Maintenance (RIM) Engineering team seeks a Technical Lead Engineer for Maintenance Strategy to guide risk-informed, condition-based, and time-based maintenance bases across asset lifecycles. You will lead a team developing bases, reports, and analyses for plant systems, ensuring detailed technical justification for outages and integration into digital work platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive nuclear maintenance engineering experience.
- Experience with maintenance strategy development and outage planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of maintenance strategies for advanced reactor systems using RCM, FMEA, PRA, and experience.
- Provide direction on time-based, risk-informed, and condition-based maintenance approaches.
- Manage teamwork plans aligned with 13-week rolling schedules and priorities.
- Allocate resources and assign work based on complexity and goals.
- Ensure outputs support APM, Maximo, and digital work management systems.
- Coordinate with design, systems engineering, PRA, I&C, and operations teams.
