The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software development and hands-on experience with Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS within Agile environments.

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a Technical Lead or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation.
Strong code review and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of features based on designs and architecture guidelines.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to software development when needed.
Review code and ensure coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Collaborate with architects to translate designs into implementations.
Assist developers with debugging and problem solving.
Mentor and coach developers on technical skills, coding practices, and professional development.
