Work Pattern: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week

The Opportunity
We seek a highly skilled Network Infrastructure - Technical Lead to join our team, tackling complex technical challenges related to delivering technology-enhanced learning across health and social care.
This role involves ensuring our digital network and communications infrastructure support the delivery of digital products and services, enhancing security and performance.
You will work within the NTS Infrastructure and Operations Team, showcasing your skills and enthusiasm for digital networking and unified communications infrastructure.

**What We Love To See:**
Proven experience in architecting, deploying, and managing digital network infrastructure and unified communications in a multi-site environment, including switching, routing, wireless networking, and related technologies.
Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Line management and mentoring experience.
Integrity, tact, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
