Qualifications

10+ years in IT with specialization in SQL and .NET.
7+ years SQL Server development.
5+ years .NET/C# backend development.
3–5 years as technical lead guiding teams.
3 years modernizing or migrating projects.
3 years Azure SQL on IaaS VM environments.
3 years building ADF pipelines for ETL workloads.
3 years supporting delivery and agile teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design discussions for microservices, DB restructuring, and API integration.
Hands-on SQL engineering: schema modernization, stored procedures, indexing.
Support .NET API development and data access patterns.
Mentor senior engineers; provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with PM/Scrum Master for project execution.
Work with SME for domain expertise.
Build migration logic and data pipelines using ADF.
Ensure SQL modernization aligns with microservice boundaries.
Participate in code reviews and documentation.
Collaborate with cross functional teams for delivery.
Support PCI and secure data handling.
Operate within agile delivery workflows.
