Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Technical Lead/.NET Developer to oversee architecture, development, integration, and support for Commercial Real Estate lending tech. Onsite at Brooklyn, OH, you will mentor teams, drive SDLC best practices, and ensure secure, scalable solutions within an Agile framework.

The role requires 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years of leadership, with a focus on .NET, REST, SQL, cloud, and CI/CD. This temp-to-perm position offers long-term opportunity and W2 pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in application development, systems integration, or software engineering.
• 3+ years of technical leadership managing dev teams or large initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise apps in complex environments.
• Strong expertise with .NET / C#, REST APIs, SQL, integrations, CI/CD, cloud.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for lending applications and integrations.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions for CRE lending.
• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce debt.
• Provide technical leadership for modernization initiatives involving SaaS and cloud.
• Oversee development, enhancements, implementations, and support activities.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Review and approve designs, code, deployment plans, and strategies.
• Establish coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and security requirements.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and guide project teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Set performance, availability, resiliency, and monitoring standards.
