Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a .NET/Mobile Tech Lead in the Miami area. You will manage an AI-enabled pod responsible for the guest-facing application, blending 70% hands-on development with 30% leadership, code reviews, and solutioning.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of tech lead experience, AI tooling familiarity, and strong .NET Core/C# and mobile development skills, plus microservices and API design. This is an onsite contract role with weekly in-person presence in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

1-2 years of Technical Lead experience.
AI/Spec Driven Development experience (Copilot or similar).
.NET Core/C# and mobile development experience.
Automation testing in .NET or mobile.
Microservices architecture experience.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead an AI-enabled pod team including AI architect, developers, QEs and SM.
Hands-on development (70%) focusing on back-end, APIs, microservices, and AI tooling.
Coordinate with team, perform code reviews, and provide solutioning.
Ensure delivery of guest-facing application features on schedule.
