Responsibilities

• Own product delivery from planning to production release.
• Translate designs into buildable work with sprint plans and schedules.
• Run sprint planning, reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Review PRs, ensure coding standards and quality gates.
• Lead AI capabilities and ServiceNow/Azure DevOps integrations.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Drive technical debt remediation and release management.
