Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Development Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration and digital platform solutions. You will lead hands-on development using Java/Spring Boot, design MuleSoft APIs, and guide CI/CD pipelines within an Agile environment.

You will collaborate closely with architecture, product, and delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet enterprise standards, while embracing AI/MCP server concepts and cloud/messaging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field.
Proven experience leading development teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on design, coding, and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of integration and application solutions.
Act as technical lead and mentor for development teams with code reviews and architecture guidance.
Design MuleSoft APIs, message flows, and system integrations; implement Java/Spring Boot solutions.
