Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Development Lead to steer the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration and digital platform solutions. You will lead MuleSoft integrations, Java/Spring Boot development, and CI/CD automation, with cloud and messaging tech to support secure, scalable enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on leadership onsite in New York, collaboration with architecture, product, and delivery teams, and adherence to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as Development Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of integration and application solutions.
• Act as technical lead, provide code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Design MuleSoft APIs, message flows, and system integrations.
• Drive hands-on development with Java and Spring Boot for enterprise apps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated builds and deployments.
• Integrate AI capabilities including MCP server concepts for intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance in an insurance enterprise.
• Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in Agile/Scaled Agile delivery and release planning.
