Job summary

Qualifications

  • 10+ year experience in high temperature composites processes.
  • Knowledge of composite materials mechanical behavior is a strong plus.
  • Ability to secure and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead application development for diversified high temperature opportunities.
  • Develop strategic planning and technology road mapping for areas of responsibility.
  • Support monthly and annual financial planning for high temperature projects.

Skills

Technical leadership experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for polymer and ceramic matrix composites
Proven problem-solving skills in teamwork setting
Excellent written and oral communication
Demonstrated knowledge of 3D woven composite component design geometry

Education

BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical or Textiles Engineering, Materials Science
