Responsibilities include establishing best practices, mentoring engineers in routing and packaging, and ensuring process compliance while communicating status to mitigate risks. Optional certifications in Cet or PMP may add value.

Qualifications

• Experience in harness design and development.
• Knowledge of electrical cabling, schematics, and routing.
• Strong understanding of power distribution and electro-mechanical packaging.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and provide technical insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and implement best practices for harness design and development.
• Mentor team members in harness engineering techniques and tools; improve productivity.
• Ensure process compliance in harness design methodologies and participate in feasibility discussions and technical trade-offs.
• Prepare and submit detailed status reports to minimize project exposure and manage escalations.
