DMI is seeking a Software Developer/Technical Lead to support enterprise apps in a complex IT environment. The role emphasizes Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, SQL Server, and cloud environments with strong leadership of Agile teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT services or software development, experience with CRM integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while partnering with Federal government customers.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT services or software development experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
2–5 years of cloud environment experience.
Active Secret clearance required; US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 CRM development, modernization, migration, and integration initiatives.
Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
Develop and maintain custom CRM functionality, including plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
