DMI, LLC is seeking an SME Software Developer to design, build, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for enterprise environments. You will work on integrations with the Power Platform, REST APIs, and SQL Server within Agile teams, delivering secure, scalable applications for federal clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software development experience and a strong background in Microsoft technologies. This remote US role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.

About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an experienced SME Software Developerto support the development, enhancement, modernization, and integration of enterprise applications within a complex IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET technologies, JavaScript, and SQL Server, along with experience supporting enterprise application modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. This individual will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices and be comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where technical expertise, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Dynamics 365 functionality, including plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Perform hands-on software development using C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Support enterprise application modernization, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective application designs and development solutions.
• Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, project leadership, and Federal Government clients throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and develop effective solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and usability.
• Follow established software development, security, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, technical practices, and application capabilities.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, development progress, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
