Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead to guide a multi‑system ERP migration to NetSuite. You will lead technical workstreams, drive data migration/extraction, and coordinate integrations across several systems to ensure a robust, long‑term solution.

The role emphasizes data and systems leadership, with emphasis on NetSuite implementation and working with SQL databases. Onsite presence is preferred with hybrid flexibility after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or integrating Oracle or NetSuite ERP.
• Strong technical leadership experience in ERP projects.
• Hands-on background with data migration and extraction.
• Experience coordinating integrations across multiple systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to document technical support and operational handoff details.
• Experience identifying resources needed for implementation tasks.

Position: Technical Lead - ERP Implementation

Compensation: $60 - $69 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Lead - ERP Implementation to join their team!

This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader who can guide a complex ERP implementation from a data and systems perspective. You will support a multi‑system migration to Oracle NetSuite ERP, help coordinate technical resources, and ensure the project is built for long‑term operational success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead technical workstreams for the ERP implementation.
• Support rules, data migration, and data extraction activities.
• Coordinate integrations across multiple systems.
• Assist with NetSuite ERP implementation efforts.
• Build and move workflows as needed.
• Document support processes and handoff materials.
• Identify technical resources needed for each project phase.
• Work with SQL‑based databases and source systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience implementing or integrating Oracle or NetSuite ERP.
• Strong technical leadership experience in ERP projects.

• Experience coordinating integrations across multiple systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Paycom, Meditech, Sage, or similar systems.
• Background migrating multiple systems into one ERP platform.
• Experience supporting healthcare‑related technology environments.
• Familiarity with workflow design and process improvement.

Other Information:

• Approximately 8‑month contract.
