Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. • Support the sales cycle through scoping of Professional Services engagements, executive-level prospect meetings, and solution reviews.

• Assist in expanding Professional Services sales' installed base of existing customers, as well as present and promote the value of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services to prospective customers.

Train and mentor more junior consulting staff.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• 7 or more years of cumulative relevant experience to include significant ERP solution functional solution implementation and/or administration.

• Expertise in Products industry vertical focused ERP solutions, with experience in the Retail or Apparel industries preferred. Specifically, we seek individuals that can speak to the Design to Build process, including matrix items, material management, inventory, and scheduling.

• NetSuite platform solution experience strongly preferred, HOWEVER competing platforms will be considered.

• Consulting experience strongly preferred.

• Strong project and team leadership skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• NetSuite product certification a plus.

• English language read/write/speak proficiency.

Travel:

• Modest to moderate, as appropriate.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
