Job summary

IntePros seeks a Technical Lead to spearhead a greenfield replatforming effort in the eDiscovery space, building scalable, web-based analytics and document-review tools.

You will own the architecture, CI/CD, security, and testing while mentoring a team to deliver high-impact, integrated solutions with Relativity. Candidates should have 10+ years in legal tech and experience leading web-scale migrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience within legal tech, eDiscovery, or investigations.
• Proficient with Relativity data model, APIs, and workflows.
• Experience leading a greenfield product from scratch and defining architectural decisions.
• Strong command of modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing speed with long-term technical soundness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the replatforming by making architectural, infrastructure, data modeling, and integration decisions.
• Modernize analytics with migration of tools to web platforms and pipelines for data sources.
• Evolve document review tools into standalone apps integrated with Relativity via API.
• Partner with Product Managers to scope complexity and align technical decisions with delivery and scaling goals.
