Job summary

Corus Consulting an Alten Company is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive delivery and architecture of a US-market Digital Banking Platform. You will guide engineers, set technical direction, and ensure alignment with product goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of AWS, Spring Boot microservices, MuleSoft, and API management, plus experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and security standards like FFIEC and PCI-DSS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years as Technical Lead / Engineering Lead.
• Strong experience in Digital Banking or FinTech.
• Hands-on with Fiserv Signature APIs, queues and batch processes.
• Proficient with AWS and Spring Boot microservices.
• Expertise in MuleSoft, API management, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews and zero-downtime deployments.
• Knowledge of US banking security and compliance standards (FFIEC, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Experience leading Agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile engineering teams and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security and Core Banking teams.
• Oversee integration with Fiserv Signature APIs, message queues and batch processes.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery and architectural alignment of a customer-facing Digital Banking Platform for the US market.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• 3+ years as a Technical Lead / Engineering Lead
• Strong experience in Digital Banking or FinTech
• Hands-on experience integrating with Fiserv Signature - APIs, message queues and batch processes
• Strong experience with AWS and Spring Boot microservices
