Job summary

Holman is seeking a senior technologist to oversee end-to-end data solutions and lead cloud modernization initiatives. You will mentor developers, design API-driven integrations, and drive Azure-based data pipelines across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in application development, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with .NET Core, EF Core, and Azure data services. This is a full-time role based in New Jersey with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in application development
Experience with CI/CD pipelines including Azure DevOps
Design experience and track record leading modernization initiatives
Knowledge of data movement and transformation
Experience with ETL tools and BI reporting tools

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and guidance to developers and architects to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Lead modernization of legacy flat-file integrations by designing cloud-native data pipelines using Azure services.
Plan and implement cloud architecture standards and API-driven integration models.
Support onboarding and skill development through coaching and feedback.
Establish objectives, monitor progress, and report on delivery metrics.
