Holman is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop and maintain applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core and React. You will partner with project management and architects to design scalable systems and deliver high-quality software.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of SDLC. Telework options may be available; Holman offers robust benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
• .NET certification highly recommended.
• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Perform programming assignments following established procedures and data processing requirements.
• Maintain, modify, design, and implement new programs within existing systems.
• Collaborate with project management and architects on application design.
• Develop applications using C#.NET and Microsoft web tech to meet business needs.
• Create unit tests, test plans, and test harnesses; document defects and fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and guide new tools and development approaches.
• Provide accurate estimates and stay current with IT best practices.
