Job summary
Holman Enterprises is seeking a Technical Lead I - Data Solutions to guide developers and architects in delivering end-to-end data platforms. You will modernize legacy integrations by building cloud-native pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure SQL, while promoting API-driven patterns.
You will mentor teammates, drive best practices, and shape future technology needs across the function, ensuring scalable, reliable data delivery and adherence to cloud architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math or IT preferred
- Hands-on application development experience
- Advanced hands-on experience with .NET Core and EF Core, including performance tuning of data-access patterns
- Understanding of Azure resources and architecture
- Experience with SLDC, deployment pipelines
- Experience in data movement and transformation
- Experience with ETL tools and BI reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight to developers and architects for end-to-end data solutions
- Drive modernization of legacy flat-file integrations to cloud-native pipelines
- Design and implement API-based ingestion and delivery patterns
- Mentor team members and contribute to training and performance discussions
- Establish objectives, monitor progress, and report on delivery metrics
