Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in data protection, backup and recovery, infrastructure, systems administration, cloud operations, or related IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data protection and ransomware resilience projects across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead data protection architecture, security controls, recovery standards, retention requirements, and governance practices.
