With a BA/BS in engineering and 4+ years of design, validation, and root-cause analysis, you will drive system-level design decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and participate in design reviews to improve reliability and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BA/BS) required.
• 4+ years experience in system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record in new technology and new product development to improve function, reliability, or cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for new product development projects.
• Own requirements management in all phases of the product development life cycle.
• Establish system architecture and perform system-level design and decomposition into requirements.
• Evaluate trade-offs between possible solution approaches.
• Lead independent design reviews and similar technical reviews.
• Participate in failure investigation and resolution.
