Capgemini is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead in Dallas for full-stack development, cloud-native applications, and technical leadership. You will guide teams, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable Node.js microservices and React.js apps.

The role requires expertise in AWS Serverless, microservices, DevOps, and modern CI/CD pipelines, with strong collaboration across Product, QA, UX, and business stakeholders. Onsite in Dallas, local market experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with full-stack development and cloud-native applications.
• Ability to design, implement and deliver scalable distributed cloud-native solutions.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and technical coaching.
• Develop scalable Node.js microservices and React.js applications.
• Design and implement AWS cloud-native and serverless solutions.
• Drive API integrations, event-driven architectures, CI/CD automation, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
