Job summary

Machine Intelligence Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect to guide a cloud-native .NET/AWS web application team in Atlanta. You will own solution design, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate across engineering, QA, and product to deliver scalable, high-performance order-entry platforms.

The role requires 4+ years of leadership, strong C#, .NET6+, AWS experience (Lambda, EKS), and hands-on front-end skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless (Lambda) and containerized services (EKS).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design).
• Deep knowledge of OOP principles, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET6+, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Plan and manage agile sprints, delivering high-quality solutions with demonstrable value.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align on end-to-end design and delivery.
• Guide the team in writing technical documentation aligned with SDLC and compliance standards.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
