Job summary

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide a cloud-based SaaS transition. You will oversee a multi-regional backend and client apps across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, balancing hands-on coding with leadership.

You will mentor engineers, architect scalable solutions, and drive performance, reliability, and DevOps practices while aligning with Lean-Agile/SAFe methodologies and Jira-based project tracking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and NoSQL (MongoDB) is desirable.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and front-end tech (React/React Native/HTML/CSS).
• Experience with REST APIs, API gateway patterns, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, and provide code reviews reflecting acceptance criteria and maintainability.
• Drive technical direction as we shift from desktop/mobile to a cloud-based SaaS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and meet requirements.
• Ensure scalability and performance of the platform for a seamless user experience.
• Contribute high-quality code 50% of the time, and 50% on leadership and architecture.
