Job summary

MegazoneCloud US is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own the technical direction of large, multi‑vendor cloud modernization programs on AWS. You will guide target‑state architecture, review concrete implementations, and ensure delivery teams align with the program’s design decisions.

The role requires deep AWS expertise, a track record of modernizing legacy systems into event‑driven, agentic architectures, and strong communication with VP‑level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software or platform engineering experience.
• AWS depth with Step Functions, Lambda, ECS Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, and Bedrock.
• Modernization track record delivering event-driven, agentic architectures.
• Code review depth reading Python, Node.js/JavaScript, and Terraform.
• Ability to contribute to REST or GraphQL contracts and catch integration problems early.
• Rigorous evaluation of FRDs, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Executive presence engaging VP-level stakeholders and above.
• Vendor/partner management experience on complex programs.
• Familiarity with architecture governance and ARB processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and Agile delivery experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the target-state architecture for the program and ensure multi-team alignment.
• Set engineering standards, patterns, contracts, testing expectations, and definition of done.
• Review code and artifacts (Python, Node.js, Terraform) with design-level feedback.
• Contribute to and review REST/GraphQL API contracts for consistency.
• Prepare architecture governance submissions and respond to ARB inquiries.
• Engage senior client stakeholders as the technical voice of the program.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, vendors, offshore groups, and analytics firms.
• Lead the technical cadence in Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban).
• Document ADRs, decision logs, and status reports for executives.
