Job summary

Megazone Cloud is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and support secure, high‑availability cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will work with cross‑functional teams to apply IaC, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices to migrate, modernize, and optimize workloads.

You will implement landing zones, IAM, security baselines, and cost‑efficient architectures while automating deployments, containerization, and observability.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of cloud solutions experience on at least one CSP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent IaC tool and a scripting language.
• Working knowledge of container runtimes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps controls.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks and incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Cloud certifications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with serverless services and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of SOC 2/HIPAA/PCI and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Implement landing zones, VPC/VNet networking, IAM, and security baselines.
• Provision and configure compute, storage, and database services using IaC.
• Develop and maintain pipeline automation for app and infrastructure deployments.
• Design and package applications with latest containerization and orchestration.
• Configure logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting—apply SRE practices.
• Produce cost‑and‑capacity reports with FinOps tooling.
• Produce well‑structured design documents, diagrams, and hand‑over guides.
